Truly, the adrenal cordial can be customized in whichever way you see fit as long as ratios and nutrients are adhered to.

noun
  1. a strong, sweetened, aromatic alcoholic liquor; liqueur

  2. a stimulating medicine.

  3. anything that invigorates or exhilarates.

I can’t think of a better way to describe this beverage than “a stimulating medicine” or “anything that invigorates or exhilarates”. The adrenal cordial is an effective tonic that helps reduce chronic fatigue and improve cognitive function. The nutrient blend we’re aiming for is whole food Vitamin C, potassium, and sodium. Optional additions include magnesium, healthy fats, amino acids, and ashwagandha.

This recipe covers all the bases and is delicious. Enjoy!
