Ashwaganda is an all-purpose plant with emphasis on anti-inflammatory properties, immune support, increased iron absorption (huge), improved athletic performance, increased libido, stress relief, and sleep support.

Mildly sedative, quiets the mind, supports sleep, and is calming. It’s an adaptogen that helps the body resist stressors by promoting balance (homeostasis) and strengthening its ability to cope, thereby improving mood, energy, and immune function.

When used with functional mushrooms, they work synergistically, producing a combined therapeutic effect greater than the sum of their individual effects. Benefits include stress management, cognitive function and focus, immune support, energy and vitality, and gut health.

Applications in the treatment of Alzheimer’s, anemia, arthritis, asthma, cancer, lung cancer, morphine addiction, and more.
