About Me

I’m Elizabeth — a cannabis educator, herbalist, and wellness coach. My work centers on helping people build a steadier, more trusting relationship with their bodies, their rhythms, and the plants they choose to work with.

At the heart of everything I offer is a simple practice: slowing down enough to listen. When we move at a human pace and work with plants as partners rather than quick fixes, care becomes more sustainable, more effective, and more personal.

My Path

My path into herbalism and cannabis education grew out of a need to understand my own health beyond rigid systems and generalized advice. What began as curiosity became years of study, growing, observing, and supporting others as they learned how to work with plants safely and with confidence.

Over time, it became clear that wellness is not just about remedies. It’s about nervous system support, seasonal awareness, reflection, and having enough internal and external resources to meet life as it changes. That understanding shapes how I teach, coach, and guide today.

What I Do

Through Forest Witch Wellness and The Forest Witch Apothecary, I support people seeking a more grounded, intentional approach to health and daily life. My work weaves together herbalism, cannabis education rooted in harm reduction, nervous system–aware coaching, seasonal living, and guidance for growing and preparing medicinal plants at home.

Whether we’re exploring herbs for sleep, tending a small garden, or rebuilding trust in your body, the work stays practical, gentle, and rooted in real life.

How I Work

I don’t work with rigid protocols or performative wellness frameworks. Instead, I focus on helping you understand what you’re doing and why it works.

Together, we build simple practices that fit your life, develop skills you can return to over time, and learn how to listen to your own rhythms rather than override them. Education and autonomy are central here. My role is not to be an authority you rely on, but a guide who helps you strengthen your own discernment and confidence.

The Forest Witch Philosophy

Forest Witch is not an aesthetic. It’s a way of relating.

It’s the understanding that we are part of nature, not separate from it. That healing is often slow, cyclical, and responsive. That tending plants, bodies, and communities are connected acts of care.

This work draws from traditional plant wisdom and modern understanding, blending science, intuition, and lived experience without forcing them into opposition.

If You’re Here

You may be curious about herbalism and unsure where to begin. You may be looking for a gentler, more sustainable way to support your health. You may want cannabis education without fear or hype, or rhythms that feel more human and less hurried.

If any of that resonates, you’re in the right place.

You’re welcome to explore the blog for seasonal practices and plant education, or learn more about my coaching offerings if you’re ready for personalized support. We’ll move at a pace that feels steady and supportive — not rushed.
